PRM's

We are the UK's leading provider pf PRM handling services, taking care of over 750,000 such movements per year. Operating in the market since 1991, we have continued to develop our systems and operational methods, investing heavily in equipment, technology and most of all, our people. Our teams at each airport receive regular and advanced training in all aspects of customer care to ensure that this key group of passengers receive the highest levels of service. In doing so we help ensure airports and airlines meet their commitment to disability codes of practice and government legislation in this area.

As industry leaders, we have been regularly called upon to assist the aviation community in understanding the complexities of this highly sensitive area of handling. In particular, our work with disability groups has brought about many innovations now in place in our operating bases.

Our green fingers can offer a comprehensive service solution from a small office to a large terminal building. We can offer a variety of display plants and a bespoke design service to meet every requirement. Outside the building we can provide a full grounds maintenance package.

We can offer a cost effective solution to the management of trolleys within a passenger terminal building. We can also offer a variety design of trolleys to meet every passenger need.

As one of the UK's largest providers of specialist support services including heating, ventilation and air conditioning, we can offer you round the clock technical assistance.

Fleet Support

OCS not only maintains our own fleet of ground support equipment but we also provide a similar service to selected third party operators. Our engineers maintain a variety of vehicle types including specialist equipment such as toilet bowsers, water bowsers and hi-lifts. We also undertake goods vehicle 'O' license inspections, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and electronic system repairs, bodywork and accident repairs and a number of other services.

Access Control

In these days of increased threats to our security, controlled access to restricted areas is of paramount importance. From staff access to vehicle access, OCS is able to accommodate all of your security needs. Often seen as a potential area of weakness because of the familiarity often found between staff and contractors, OCS place the utmost importance on maintaining standards, ensuring that the highest levels of supervision are deployed at all times. The verification of ID's, searching of staff and contractors and screening of items being brought into the restricted zone are some of the operations we carry out in a sensitive and professional manner.
