Aviation Laundry Services Through our UK network of aviation laundries, we can offer a nationwide service equipped to handle the rapid cleaning and turnaround of blankets, duvets, pillowcases, table linen and headrest covers. We currently provide laundry services to over 40 airlines and their agents, with over 25 million items being processed through our laundries each year. Specifically geared to working within the aviation market, we understand the unique demands of the industry and the levels of responsiveness and flexibility that are required. |

Our laundry service can be tailored to meet the specific needs of our customers, from distribution, storage and supply chain management, to controlling the introduction of new stock into the system. We are able to deliver directly to our customers' airside units, using our own drivers and fleet of vehicles, thus saving time and costs involved in employing third party providers.
A specialist dry cleaning facility for aircraft seat covers complements our core laundry services. This cleaning process is compliant with all relevant Civil Aviation Authority regulations.

Aviation Baggage Services OCS provides a comprehensive range of Baggage Services for the Aviation industry, from repatriation of lost or delayed items, through to replacement or repair of damaged bags. We offer a nationwide service providing baggage services at every airport in the UK as well as all the major airports in Ireland.
Our Baggage Repatriation service enables same-day or next-day delivery anywhere throughout the UK and Ireland. Our computerised management system has a direct link into WorldTracer, providing a fully automated service for accurately tracking lost and mishandled baggage. |

 Aviation Baggage Services |

With over 40 years experience in baggage repair, we are able to offer an expert repair service for bags of all shapes and sizes. We are able to act as a loss adjuster to the airline and, if it is deemed uneconomic to repair, the damaged item can be replaced immediately from our stocks. Replacement bags can be provided on a like-for-like basis or alternatively, can be selected from a standard range approved by the airline.

 Headset Recycling |
Headset Recycling We currently recycle over 15 million aircraft headsets per year. Used headsets are collected and returned to one of our recycling centres. Here they are untangled, electronically tested and cleaned before new foams are added. They are then repackaged and sealed before returning to our customers' landside or airside units. Where necessary, we are also able to source and provide new headsets, reducing the time and cost implication to our customers.

Cutlery & Amenity Kit Packing Our packing and recycling services ensure that cutlery packs, amenity kits, brochures and consumables are packed correctly and to consistently high standards. All products can be stored in our facilities as required and delivered in the right quantities anywhere in the UK just when they're needed.

 Warehousing & Distribution |
Warehousing & Distribution With a network of facilities across the UK, we are able to offer a warehousing and distribution service to support the aviation industry. We operate our own fleet of vehicles with airside access and we can supplement this with selected sub-contractors as necessary. Customers' products can be stored in our facilities and delivered in the right quantities anywhere in the UK when required.
