Gaydon is the corporate headquarters for both Land Rover and Jaguar . The site is very much state-of-the art, featuring the Product Engineering Centre and Head Office, plus a number of core teams creating tomorrow's products today.
The catering challenge facing OCS since 1993 has been the ability to satisfy the varying needs of a very demanding site population. As the home of research and development for the PAG Group, Gaydon?s associates really do need to turn off when they take a break from their demanding schedules. And when they do turn off their catering needs must be met. Similarly the top UK Board Directors entertain a multitude of visitors to site, Gaydon being the home to the Heritage Museum too. Quality is high on the agenda.

Meeting the demanding needs of PAG Group headquarters |

 Zero Subsidy |
The food service offer is therefore very diverse housing a busy Retail Shop for cash rich but time poor associates, a Cyber Café for those who wish to chill out on line to a Street Café and main Restaurant all branded under the OCS ?foodhouse? concept. And it is constantly evolving and changing to meet the needs of all working there.
In January 2005 OCS won 4 other sites for PAG including Brown?s Lne, Halewood, Whitley and Castle Bromwich meaning a total turnover with the group of over £5m per annum. This win was as a result of meeting the needs of Solihull and Gaydon clients over an 11 year period. All the sites operate at Zero Subsidy. |
