| KBR, part of the International Halliburton Group are a building construction company with just under 1400 staff based at their head Office location in Leatherhead, Surrey. The KBR establishment is made up of three offices within the complex, the staff restaurant being situated in the main building. Just Deli won the contract in September 2002 from a major contractor on the basis that we could provide a more personal service offering greater management and operational support to the on-site catering team.  |

Anne-Marie Leitch, our Catering Manager, was recently awarded a top three place in the Contract Management Cost Sector Catering Awards 2004. She has, with the support of the Just Deli team, improved both the quality of the food and the services on offer to the Halliburton staff. ?The size of Just Deli still allows for hands on contractual response and I have seen only positives from this approach. Just Deli had at tender stage presented a new, fresh approach to catering.
